All toSERVO security providers are vetted insured professionals from local private security firms. All providers hold active state issued security guard licenses requiring fingerprint background checks, and extensive non-lethal and lethal weapons training.

All subscription plans include:
- Ability to request scheduled patrols and Immediate Response Requests (IRRs).
- First IRR or scheduled patrol each month is included with your subscription. (Does not roll over to next month if unused.)
- Additional IRRs: $50.00 base fee. If provider remains on location longer than 60 minutes, time is billed at $40.00/hour down to the nearest minute. For scheduled patrols, price varies based on time of day, and is listed when scheduling.
